Are your children eligible for $1000 worth of free dental treatment?
The Government has introduced the Child Dental Benefit Scheme, whereby eligible children (ages 2 to 17 years) can have up to $1000 of free dental treatment. This Medicare scheme commenced in January 2014 and our dental practice offers bulk billing, meaning no out of pocket expense for the majority of dental treatment. Please call to enquire.​​
Payment methods
Payment is requested by patients at time of treatment. We accept cash and provide credit/debit card facilities via our EFTPOS machine. For patients who have private health insurance, we also provide on the spot claims via our HICAPS facility*. This added convenience saves time and money by allowing patient’s claims to be processed on the spot, so all that is required is the gap payment. This eliminates the full up front costs to patients, as well as the need to send in messy claim forms or having to travel to Health Funds.
Under certain circumstances, payment arrangements can be made. This must first be discussed with the dentist prior to the commencement of treatment.
